HRCP is hosting an exclusive, intimate, and delicious luncheon with Chef Mitch Prensky of the renowned Supper Restaurant at COOK, a state-of-the-art kitchen-classroom for discovering, preparing and enjoying meals made from local and seasonal ingredients.

Learn from one of Philadelphia's best chefs, Mike Prensky of Supper Restaurant, in a private cooking class setting.  Supper has been named one of Philadelphia Magazine's 50 Best Restaurants.  The menu for the event is as follows:

Shaved brussels sprouts salad
Crispy chicken cracklins, rogue smoky blue, compressed pear, white beer vinaigrette

Barley risotto
Blue Elephant Farm kale, roasted maitakes, cranberry, walnut

Duck and waffles
Duck leg confit, pecan sage waffle, maple bourbon jus, braised cabbage

Dessert
Dark chocolate pudding
