Dinner by the Decades at Margaret Kuo's
Join other alumni at this HRCP "Community Favorite" event and celebrate the Chinese New Year with a traditional Chinese royal banquet with Margaret Kuo (MPA '96) at her award winning restaurant in downtown Wayne.
The evening starts with cocktails (cash bar) at 6:00 pm, followed by dinner at 7pm with seating by graduation decade (i.e., 1950-69, 1970-79, 1980-89, 1990-99, 2000+). Seating is limited to 8 people per table, so reserve early!!!

Butlered Hors D’oeuvres during cocktail hour
- Mandarin Tangy Chicken
- Scallion Pancakes
- Peppercorn Shrimp
Dinner Banquet:
- Golden Seafood Roll and Pot Stickers w. Ginger Dipping Sauce (symbolizing golden and silver nugget)
- Chinese Banquet Cold Appetizers (Good Luck, Fortune and Longevity)
- Margaret Kuo’s Signature Peking Duck carved tableside and wrapped in home -made spring pancake
- Imperial Jumbo Shrimp w. rainbow vegetables
- Black Pepper Tender Beef w. Rainbow Vegetables
- House Special Scallion Fried Rice
- Propitious Whole Fish (metaphor for Plentifulness and prosperity)
- New Year Sweet
The cost of dinner (with tax and tip included) is $45. Non-alumni guests are welcome. Reservations required.
