Intelligence Squared U.S. Debate at the National Constitution Center

The question? Does the President have the power to target and kill Americans abroad? Alan Dershowitz, Noah Feldman, Michael W. Lewis, and Hina Shamsi take sides in this live event moderated by ABC News correspondent John Donvan.

Described by the New York Times as the “equivalent of a pro-wrestling smackdown,” award-winning NPR show and PBS broadcast Intelligence Squared U.S. comes to the National Constitution Center for an exciting and lively debate. Based on the traditional Oxford-style debate format, the audience will vote before and after the arguments.
