Please join the Philadelphia Chapter of LAI and the Harvard Club of Philadelphia for a Zoom panel event on Wednesday, January 13 at 12PM with Audrey Greenberg, Co-Founder, Managing Director, Discovery Labs and John Grady from Wexford Science and Technology for a discussion of the life sciences / innovation sector in our region. The discussion will be moderated by Eric T. Goldstein, Executive Director, King of Prussia Business Improvement District.
Decades ago the Pharma industry shifted to the suburbs, including the 202 and 422 corridors. However the last decade has seen renewed interest in urban areas, including proximity to University City / Philadelphia’s many universities. The dramatic sub/urban evolution in King of Prussia is also attracting substantial interest and investment. This growing industry sector will continue to generate vitality for the region. Ms. Greenberg’s diverse experience spans over two decades of multi-million-dollar M&A deals and projects, including launching several successful start-ups as well as growing mature businesses in the biotechnology, real estate, pharma, and financial services industries.
John Grady - Northeast Region Executive and Senior Vice President of Development, Wexford Science and Technology. With more than 30 years of experience, he has a wealth of knowledge and expertise in building Prior to joining Wexford, John served as President of PIDC, Philadelphia’s city-wide public-private development corporation where he was responsible for efforts to drive economic growth to every corner of Philadelphia.and managing public-private partnerships that drive investment, development and job growth.
Eric T. Goldstein (Moderator) - Founding Executive Director of the King of Prussia District, a private, not-for-profit organization that works with 441 commercial property owners to keep King of Prussia economically viable and vibrant. Eric launched highly successful efforts to reposition King of Prussia as one of America’s great Edge Cities.
