PBHA’s 2021 Robert Coles “Call of Service” Lecture & Award will honor Mia Mingus. Join PBHA students, alumni, and friends on Friday, October 15th at 6:30 PM ET on Zoom. Mia is a writer, educator, and trainer for transformative and disability justice.
Mia Mingus has been involved in transformative justice work for almost two decades. She helped create the Atlanta Transformative Justice Collaborative and was a founding and core member of the Bay Area Transformative Justice Collective. Over the past two decades, she has supported numerous groups, organizations, individuals, intimate networks, families and communities in addressing harm, violence and abuse using transformative justice. Her blog, Leaving Evidence, has been instrumental in PBHA's trainings and workshops.
