Mingle and network with your fellow alums over wine while you learn about how to invest your money. This presentation is great for beginner and intermediate level investors. Wondering if you should invest in crypto? How should you balance paying off debt with saving for long-term goals? Does everyone else know how to make money fast except for you? ETFs, ESG, dollar-cost averaging, pre-tax contributions, so many terms and strategies, what are good sources of self-education? Have these and your other investment questions answered at our panel on investment literacy, Filtering Out the Noise, with Scott Puritz, Managing Director of Rebalance, and Jeff Weiand, CEO of RTD Financial. The panel will be moderated by Jasmin Sethi, CEO of Sethi Clarity Advisers. You could also win a free book and enjoy some wine while you learn!
About the Panelists:
Scott Puritz is a managing director at Rebalance IRA and a member of the firm’s investment committee. He holds an M.B.A. from the Harvard Business School and is a nationally recognized retirement investing expert, with mentions in the New York Times, CBS and USA Today.
Jeff Weiand is CEO of RTD Financial Advisors. He is a Certified Financial Planner practitioner which he earned in 1989. Mr. Weiand also earned the Accredited Investment Fiduciary professional designation, awarded by the Center for Fiduciary Studies. A graduate of Rutgers College in New Brunswick, NJ, he earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics with a concentration in Finance.
