About the Author:
Douglas Park is a corporate and securities attorney in Silicon Valley, former business school professor, and startup advisor who has taught entrepreneurship at Stanford University. Before becoming an attorney, Doug served as Assistant Professor of Management at Hong Kong University of Science and Technology and holds an A.B. magna cum laude with highest honors in Sociology from Harvard College, a
Ph.D. in Strategy and Organizations from Stanford Graduate School of Business, and a J.D. from University of Michigan Law School.
He has been recogn
ized as a Super Lawyer, and his firm Park Legal, PC is ranked in the Chambers Spotlight Guide (top 2% of small and medium size law firms in the U.S.).
About the Moderator:
Rosa Villalobos offers a unique blend of multidisciplinary experience across investment banking, operations, and leadership with over 20 years experience at both Macquarie Asset Management and Goldman Sachs. Rosa served as a board member and chair for a regulated entity with €24 billion in AUM, the INSEAD Alumni Association, The International School of Luxembourg and The Luxembourg Institute of Governance. Her commitment to lifelong leadership is evidenced by her completion of the Harvard Advanced Management Program in 2025 and the "Women on Boards" program at Harvard. She holds an MBA from ESADE,
an MSc in Banking and Finance, and is a Certified Director through INSEAD.
